Seven Blessings, Soaps and Candles, was born in the Fall of 1998. I named my business for seven of my greatest blessings: Kristy (19), Pam (17), Jessy (13), Abbie (10), Kellie (8), Jake (5) and Liveah (3). We are a small, home-kitchen business that specializes in unique, hand-poured, made-to-order glycerin soaps. Our soaps are made to your specifications. You choose your scent, color and mold. If you love lilac, but your decor is seafoam green and mauve, you can have those colors in a lilac scent! We also have a line of body lotion, bath & shower gel, body & linen spritz, body talc, linen powder, bubble bath, bath crystals, bath salts, fizzing bath salts and fizzy hearts, handmade body glitter and lip balm. All products can be made with or without scent and color for those with sensitive skin. Special oils and butters are available also. In the Fall of 1998 I was looking for a quality craft that was fairly inexpensive to start, not terribly time consuming, and something I hadn’t seen in my area. Thinking of just the local Fall/Winter Craft fairs, and making a little extra money for Christmas, I found soaping. I don’t know how, I believe God sent it to me. What I discovered was that I loved it! It was a wonderful way to use my creative abilities, it was NOT inexpensive and it WAS time consuming, but it was definitely worth it. Once I started I didn’t want to stop, and I loved being able to make quality products for my family. I expanded into lotions, bath gels, body spritzes, and was soon making homemade lip balms and solid perfumes along with fairy glitter for my girls. As I mentioned above, I make my soap to your specifications. It is not pre-made, (unless it’s for a craft show), and it is always fresh. There is NO extra charge for special orders – every order is a SPECIAL order to us. Scents and colors available are listed with the pictures that follow.
